Approved by Dalian System Reform Committee, China Dalian International Economic and Technological Cooperation group was reorganized to establish China Dalian International Economic and Technological Cooperation (Holdings) Ltd in March 1993. The group was registered on 17 th April, 1993, No. DICELP 24239662-6.

The group sent four fishermen to Gabon in April 1993 ， and began to fish in June. From then, Sino-Gabon fishery group started a new stage in Gabon.

Singapore Dasin shipping Co. was set up in May 1993.

The contracted and reconstruction project of Versailles Hotel in CIS was completed in August 1993.
